Although I was born in London, I spent most of my childhood in North Wales where I learned Welsh, which I still like speaking when the occasion presents itself. After particularly enjoying the philosophy part of my Classics degree, I moved into commercial law and spent my career first in the City and then in the Civil Service. I have been a member of the Club since 2004 when I joined looking for help with restoring my 220 SEb coupé, in which I wasn’t disappointed. Since retiring I’ve been able to spend more time dipping into everything the Club has to offer and now very much enjoy meeting other Members and learning more about their cars. I’m always very happy to be contacted by my Club email.
